Building homes, communities and hope

Since 1994, Habitat for Humanity Thunder Bay has brought people together to help more than 50 local families build brighter futures through safe, stable, and affordable homeownership.

Every home we build is about more than walls and a roof. It is about children having room to grow, parents having the stability to plan ahead, and communities becoming stronger when people come together with a shared purpose. With your support, we are continuing to build homes, strengthen communities, and create hope for families across Thunder Bay.

Making a difference

Community is at the heart of everything we do. When families have access to a safe and affordable place to call home, everything changes. Kids can focus on school. Parents can build financial stability. Families can put down roots. Neighbourhoods grow stronger.

That impact is only possible because people come together. Volunteers, donors, homeowners, partners, ReStore shoppers, tradespeople, and community supporters all play a role in building something bigger than a house.
