Volunteer at the ReStore

We are looking for volunteers to help keep run our day to day running of our ReStore:

General ReStore Worker: This position requires volunteers to work in the ReStore assisting the general housekeeping tasks (i.e fixing and cleaning merchandise); assist with loading and unloading merchandise from customer vehicles; provide customer service; assist with moving merchandise on the sales floor; assist with cleaning and fixing merchandise. Volunteers must be able to follow direction and lift a minimum of 15lbs.

Pickup Driver: this position requires the volunteer to go to various locations though out Thunder Bay and pick-up donated items. Volunteers must have a G class licence and be able to lift 50lb+. This position requires a commitment of 4hrs a week.

Since 1994, Habitat for Humanity Thunder Bay has constructed 27 homes, giving 79 children in our community homes of their own and hope for the future.
