Position Title: Volunteer Co-coordinator
Reports to: CEO

GENERAL FUNCTIONS
The Volunteer Co-ordinator develops and monitors the volunteer co-ordination function of HfH Thunder Bay, which includes, policy development, information and record management, promotion, recruiting, training, scheduling and recognizing volunteers.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

Under the guidance of the Chief Executive Officer:

Evaluates the existing volunteer requirements and practices and makes recommendations where necessary to enhance volunteer management. Implements the approved recommendations.
